I hired Caitlyn for a bachelorette dinner and she exceeded expectations. Caitlyn is an amazing chef who is very visibly talented and passionate about her career. As soon as Caitlyn arrived, she promptly set up in the kitchen and got cooking. She prepared, presented and explained each dish with pride and the portion sizes were incredible. Each dish was incredible from flavour to presentation, and we all agree that we have never had a better tasting dinner than the one we received from Caitlyn.
